Galvanized Seel coil classification
1. Hot dip galvanized coil. The thin roll is dipped into the melted zinc tank so that the surface is adhered to a thin roll of zinc. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled coil is continuously dipped in the plating tank with melted zinc to make galvanized coil
2.  Alloyed galvanized coil. This coil is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after the tank, it is heated to about 500 degrees, so that it forms an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good coating adhesion and weldability,
3. Electric galvanized coil. The galvanized coil made by electroplating has good workability. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized coil
4. Single-sided plating and double-sided differential galvanized coil. Single-sided galvanized coil, that is, products that are only galvanized on one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, anti-rust treatment, processing and so on. / In order to overcome the shortcomings of uncoated zinc on one side, there is a galvanized coil coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
